Many thanks to Pat, the downstairs bathroom is now finished (except for a leaky valve....Happy Father's Day!). I neglected to take any before pictures of this room. So, you'll have to imagine 25 year old vinyl floors, oak cabinets and off white formica counters. Up next: fixing the leaky valve in the master bath, and re-caulking the kitchen sink. We're beginning to think this will never be done.
