After almost exactly 1 month on the market, our house sold. It's a little bittersweet, as we both love this house, but also excited about what the future holds. So, as of October 22, this house will belong to someone else. This weekend, we'll pack up the 2nd of our PODS (the greatest moving invention ever, I might add) with the help of Genevieve and Justin and be on our way...
On our way to...the Sterlings. Yes, we're going to be homeless for at least 2 weeks. The Sterlings have graciously offered to share their house with us. Now, if only we knew where we are going after that! Our offer was accepted on a great house in Bothell, but the deal is contingent upon the sellers getting thier offer accepted on the house of thier dreams. We thought we would hear the verdict by last Friday, but soon realized we counted calendar days not business days. The real deadline was yesterday. Then, the sellers asked for an extension until 9:00 pm Wednesday. Tomorrow can't come soon enough!
